| Club Olympus Fitness Centre Located on the 2nd floor of the Hyatt Regency hotel, our state-of-the-art fitness centre, Club Olympus, offers a superb view of the blue waters of the Arabian Gulf. Equipped with top of the range facilities, Club Olympus provides Hyatt guests, Galleria tenants and club members with the very best in fitness and relaxation from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm daily. It is important to exercise with specific aims in mind and optimise the limited time you have. Club Olympus instructors are on hand to offer advice and guidance on individual exercise programmes to ensure you get the best from your training. Need a place to shape your body, tone muscles, lose a little extra weight or maintain your established fitness? Our gymnasium, complete with Nautilus equipment from the United States, is the perfect environment. If working on your own seems too hard and you prefer to work out to the sound of modern music, join us for an hour of aerobics. We cater for step aerobics, body conditioning, stretching or tums, bums and thigh classes - the choice is yours! Experienced aerobic instructors take classes from Saturday to Thursday. Classes are held at lunchtime and in the evening. For those of you who would prefer to be in the great outdoors, we also offer an outdoor, temperature-controlled swimming pool, three floodlit tennis courts and a 200-metre jogging track. Like to be outside but would prefer to relax? Take advantage of our sun deck terrace and enjoy a fresh fruit cocktail while watching the sun go down. Hyatt's Green Spot - The Golf Park Known as the hotel's green spot, the Golf Park, surrounded by lush gardens and a small waterway, is recognised as one of Dubai's most relaxing leisure venues. A nine-hole pitch and putt grass golf course awaits the golfer keen to improve his short game. For family enjoyment, there is an 18-hole 'crazy golf' course on the inside of the course. Dubai's ONLY Hotel Ice Rink! Children are easily entertained when they stay at the Hyatt Regency Dubai or Galleria apartments. A wide choice of activities and facilities is available, including cinema, games arcade and crazy golf. The Hyatt Regency also boasts a unique entertainment tool for the Middle East - an ice rink. Located on the ground floor of the Galleria Shopping Mall, the ice rink is open to all - residents, hotel guests, general public, children and adults! The rink offers all the thrills and chills of ice skating, and professional ice skaters are available for private tuition. The team will also take enquiries for cool kids' parties, which can be organised for a maximum of 15 children. General admission to the ice rink is only AED 25 per person. Al Dawaar Revolving Restaurant Al Dawaar, Dubai's only revolving restaurant, is located on the 25th floor of the Hyatt Regency Dubai and features spectacular views of the Arabian Gulf, the Creek and the city of Dubai. This popular Dubai restaurant, which can accommodate 140 diners, is as famous for its unique views as it is for its superb international buffet, offering a wide selection of tempting starters and main courses including continental, Indian, Arabic, Iranian and Chinese dishes. Its design can be described as contemporary, sophisticated and relaxed! Al Dawaar is equally the perfect restaurant for family occasions. With this in mind, Al Dawaar has created a special children's package, allowing each child up to the age of six years to dine free, and each child, aged between 7 and 12 years, receives a 50% discount when accompanied by two paying adults. Al Dawaar restaurant has also introduced an 'Early diners privilege'. Available every evening, the offer is designed for guests who enjoy dining early or who wish to catch the view transform from sunset to star-filled sky. The principle is simple: a 20% discount on the total restaurant bill will be offered to all guests dining from 7:00 pm and departing by 9:00 pm. Focaccia Mediterranean Restaurant Focaccia Mediterranean Restaurant is located on the mezzanine floor of the Hyatt Regency Dubai. Offering flavours of Italy, France and Spain within the setting of a Mediterranean house built around the turn of the century, Focaccia is a proven favourite of both locals and visitors to Dubai. The unique restaurant is soaked in tradition, yet offers the modern assurance of quality, synonymous with the Hyatt brand. As guests enter the restaurant, a magnificent forged iron gate opens on to the outer courtyard. On either side of the courtyard, beautifully adorned with oil paintings, are two rooms. The first, The Cellar, displays a wide range of the finest wines from warm Mediterranean countries, supplemented by wines from Australia and other New World countries. Overlooking the sea is the superb private dining room that can accommodate up to 16 guests, ideal for small lunches or dinners. Arches lead to the inner courtyard. This courtyard provides a serene and intimate atmosphere, typical of villas surrounding the Mediterranean Sea, with its central fountain, iron furniture and old wood consoles. Miyako Japanese Restaurant Miyako, Hyatt Regency Dubai's Japanese restaurant, recently won the prestigious Grumpy Gourmet award for 'Best Japanese Restaurant in the UAE 2002'. The Japanese are renowned the world over as a people with an inherent understanding of hospitality and health. Miyako has adopted these cultural traits in order to serve Dubai's finest Japanese menu in an inspirational setting and style. The restaurant's dramatic decor of black lacquered furniture and black granite tables sit upon natural slate tiles in soft burgundy. Soft furnishings, fine silks and traditional paintings are featured at the sushi counter and in the private Tatami Room. The Tatami Room is a unique place to host a private lunch or dinner. The Kitchen Restaurant The Kitchen is Hyatt Regency Dubai�s brand new and stylish 24-hour restaurant and lounge. Offering a culinary combination of Middle Eastern, Asian and Western inspired foods, The Kitchen is a dining delight for everyone. Featuring a dynamic open kitchen and visually inspiring cuisine, The Kitchen provides a spectacle for those who enjoy watching expert chefs at work. Hibiki Music Lounge Located on the 1st floor of the Galleria Mall, the Hibiki Music Lounge was the first authentic karaoke lounge, not only in Dubai, but also in the United Arab Emirates. It offers guests the chance to sing in front of an audience, or in the privacy of one of three private rooms. With a seating capacity for 65 people, Hibiki offers access to 8000 songs, including the latest international titles. Frosty's Ice Rink Cafe at the Galleria Shopping Mall The perfect cafe for shoppers, cinemagoers and mothers admiring their children on the ice, Frosty's is located at the entrance of the Galleria Shopping Mall. Relax and sip a cup of coffee or nibble on one of the delicious cakes while you enjoy watching your surroundings. Frosty's offers a wide variety of snacks and desserts to enjoy in the cafe or take away. Enjoy the selection - French pastries, such as millefeuilles (puff pastry with sumptuous vanilla custard), eclairs, truffle slices, cheesecake slices and fruit slices. Cakes, available in slices or whole, are also offered such as Black Forest cake, Florentine cake, fruit torte, tiramisu, kiwi mousse, mango, strawberry, litchi cheesecake, Danish pastries such as spiral raisin, cheese, nut, chocolate, plain croissants, or 'tea cake' such as banana, carrot, date and nut cakes. Cancellation Policy
• If cancellation is received 8 days or more prior to arrival, then a 15% of the full amount will be lost.
• If a cancellation is received 7 days or less prior to arrival, an additional one nights fee will be charged as a penalty fee.
• No shows will result on the full amount being charged as a cancellation fee.
• No refunds for early departures.
Children Policy
• Children under the age of 2 can share parents’ room at no extra charge in same meal plan.
• Children aged between 2 and 12 can share parents room on a rollaway bed at no extra charge.
• Children aged between 2 and 12 will pay for the meals (breakfast will be eaten free though). They will get 50% discount on adult meal rates.
• Extra beds or baby cribs can be provided free of charge for children under the age of 12.
• Children over the age of 12 are considered adults.

Price & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, at the time of booking only a deposit is due. The remanining balance is payable on check-in and charged by the hotel direct. hotel-savings.com accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
For security purposes, should your reservation incur a charge in excess of USD 400.00, you must submit a signed credit card authorization form. This will be supplied upon confirmation of the reservation. If you fail to fax across this documentation within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Please note that as per our cancellation policy, there may be a fee for this.
Flight Information
If you are to arrive at your hotel after 5pm, please provide Hotelrentalgroup with your flight information, so that we may be able to advise the hotel of what time they can expect you. Should your flight be delayed, we strongly recommend that you contact the hotel directly to inform them of this.
Period of Stay / Rate Calculation
All stays are calculated and sold "per night". We can only guarantee a room until noon (12pm). Late check-outs can be requested at the moment of reservation in the additional comments box, but may come at an additional fee (usually 50% of the nightly rate).
Cancellation Policies & Charges
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, with as much notice as possible. Penalty fees may apply. Please check the terms & conditions, as these policies vary from hotel to hotel.
Cancellation Charges On All Reservations

No Shows
No Shows will result in a 100% penalty fee.
Reservation & Confirmation
All reservations made on the web sites operated by hotel-savings.com will receive a temporary confirmation number. This temporary number does not mean that the hotel room is available and is only for administrative purposes. Your final confirmation will be sent to you on your official confirmation voucher within 24 hours, unless, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel does not get back to us within this time frame. hotel-savings.com is not responsible for any such delays.
Early departures
In addition to the standard cancellation policy, we would like to stress the point that the hotels are very strict regarding changes to the length of clients’ stays. Therefore we would like to inform you that clients departing before their booked check out date will be charged for the remaining nights and, no being made for unused nights.
Check In & Check Out Policy
Your room will be made available to you from 14h00 (unless stated otherwise in the terms & conditions of the hotel). Should you require a guaranteed early check in, the room must be booked and paid for in full for the day preceeding your stay.
Check out time is 12:00 hrs. For a guaranteed late check-out, clients should book for an additional night, charged at 100%.

hotel-savings.com sources hotels from various hotel companies in the countries in which it operates. The condition of the stay will be subject to the law of the country in which it is supplied to you. You will be subject to its terms and conditions and local law.
hotel-savings.com reserves the right to pass on to the client any government increase in local VAT or other taxes that may be introduced after a reservation is made. Any additional charges payable on arrival are subject to local VAT at the prevailing rate in that country.
The liability of hotel-savings.com to the client for any loss, problem, damage or cancellation, whether arising out of negligence, breach of contract, error or any other cause shall not exceed the invoiced total value of the confirmation voucher supplied by hotel-savings.com.
