Traiteur
Traiteur includes Cave Privee, a 1200-bottle wine cellar, plus two private dining rooms seating up to ten people. A background of contemporary French and north African lounge music completes the experience. The upper level of Traiteur also hosts a cosmopolitan wine bar with an outdoor terrace area.

Cafe Arabesque
Spacious and bright, with traditional Arabic patterns throughout, Cafe Arabesque serves breakfast, lunch and dinner from five, all-day buffet counters as well as providing an à la carte menu for lunch and dinner. Specialities include a large variety of kebabs prepared according to traditional culinary methods in wood-fired ovens.

The Thai Kitchen
Seating is positioned around the kitchens to allow guests to enjoy the sights and smells of classic Thai cuisine preparation. Meals are presented in a variety of small celadon cups, plates and saucers, making The Thai Kitchen a fun and exotic shared dining experience. Alfresco dining is available in the covered terrace adjacent.

Pistache
Offering delicate sweet specialities from the Levant, beautifully packaged for gift-giving or as a souvenir of Dubai.

For your convenience, Internet Hotel Rental Group offers secure online payments with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please note that, should you prefer, you are able to supply your credit card information by fax. We are unable to accept your reservation request without credit card details, though you will only be billed once your booking has been confirmed, the credit card information verified and our confirmation voucher sent to you by email.

The full amount will be charged at the moment of confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
-Cancellations received 9 days or more prior to arrival, a 20% of the full amount will apply as a cancellation fee.
-If a cancellation is received 8 days or less prior to arrival, then an additional one night penalty fee will apply.
-No shows will result on the full amount being charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation, No Show Policy & Stop Sell:
Please note that Park Hyatt Dubai is on stop sell for the period of 29th, 30th, 31st December 2006.
-All cancellations must be received in writing
-Cancellations must be 11 days before the arrival date.
-Cancellations within 11 days before the arrival date will be charged 100% for one night stay.
-Cancellations within 9 days before the arrival date will be charged 100% for 2 nights stay.
-Cancellations within 7 days before the arrival date will be charged 100% for the entire stay.
-No shows will result on the full amount being charged as a cancellation fee.
-Name changes are charged the same as cancellations.
Children Policy
-Children up to 12 years of age sharing parents' room will be accommodated free of charge on existing bedding on room only basis.
-Children below 12 years of age get 50% discount on F&B.
-Single parent sharing with a child up to 12 years old pays single room rate.
-Children above 12 years are considered adults.
-Children requiring their own room are charged as adults.
Children Meal Supplement
-Breakfast: USD 18.00 per child
-Lunch/Dinner is not available.
Maximum Occupancy
A maximum occupancy per room is 2 adults and 1 child.

Price & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, at the time of booking only a deposit is due. The remanining balance is payable on check-in and charged by the hotel direct. hotel-savings.com accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
For security purposes, should your reservation incur a charge in excess of USD 400.00, you must submit a signed credit card authorization form. This will be supplied upon confirmation of the reservation. If you fail to fax across this documentation within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Please note that as per our cancellation policy, there may be a fee for this.
Flight Information
If you are to arrive at your hotel after 5pm, please provide Hotelrentalgroup with your flight information, so that we may be able to advise the hotel of what time they can expect you. Should your flight be delayed, we strongly recommend that you contact the hotel directly to inform them of this.
Period of Stay / Rate Calculation
All stays are calculated and sold "per night". We can only guarantee a room until noon (12pm). Late check-outs can be requested at the moment of reservation in the additional comments box, but may come at an additional fee (usually 50% of the nightly rate).
Cancellation Policies & Charges
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, with as much notice as possible. Penalty fees may apply. Please check the terms & conditions, as these policies vary from hotel to hotel.
Cancellation Charges On All Reservations
-On all confirmed reservations, 20% of the total amount will be lost.
-Further cancellation charges may apply depending on the hotel.

No Shows
No Shows will result in a 100% penalty fee.
Reservation & Confirmation
All reservations made on the web sites operated by hotel-savings.com will receive a temporary confirmation number. This temporary number does not mean that the hotel room is available and is only for administrative purposes. Your final confirmation will be sent to you on your official confirmation voucher within 24 hours, unless, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel does not get back to us within this time frame. hotel-savings.com is not responsible for any such delays.
Early departures
In addition to the standard cancellation policy, we would like to stress the point that the hotels are very strict regarding changes to the length of clients’ stays. Therefore we would like to inform you that clients departing before their booked check out date will be charged for the remaining nights and, no being made for unused nights.
Check In & Check Out Policy
Your room will be made available to you from 14h00 (unless stated otherwise in the terms & conditions of the hotel). Should you require a guaranteed early check in, the room must be booked and paid for in full for the day preceeding your stay.
Check out time is 12:00 hrs. For a guaranteed late check-out, clients should book for an additional night, charged at 100%.

All special offers, packages and discounts over our standard rates are offered subject to availability. hotel-savings.com cannot accept any responsibility in the unlikely event that these are temporarily unavailable.

All reservations made by clients are subject to our terms and conditions. No other terms, conditions and warranties, expressed or implied by law, custom and course of dealing shall form part of any contract between hotel-savings.com and our clients except for those terms imposed by law where application is mandatory.
The client acknowledges that in making a reservation with hotel-savings.com they do so only on the basis of the material contained in the hotel-savings.com Web Site or relevant advertising medium. All other statements or representations made by hotel-savings.com, its employees, agents or sub-contractors are of no effect unless confirmed in writing by hotel-savings.com to the client.
hotel-savings.com sources hotels from various hotel companies in the countries in which it operates. The condition of the stay will be subject to the law of the country in which it is supplied to you. You will be subject to its terms and conditions and local law.
hotel-savings.com reserves the right to pass on to the client any government increase in local VAT or other taxes that may be introduced after a reservation is made. Any additional charges payable on arrival are subject to local VAT at the prevailing rate in that country.
The liability of hotel-savings.com to the client for any loss, problem, damage or cancellation, whether arising out of negligence, breach of contract, error or any other cause shall not exceed the invoiced total value of the confirmation voucher supplied by hotel-savings.com.
