Al Hadheerah Desert Restaurant
Experience the wide expanse of the desert, the magic of some lively entertainment at Al Hadheerah, the region’s first open-air traditional Arabic desert restaurant. As the resort’s signature restaurant, Al Hadheerah offers diners a unique experience with scenes straight out of an Arabian legend featuring belly dancers, henna painters, live bands and a falcon display.
The décor recreates the magic of the fort theme with natural stone, rock walls and a sunken seating area.
The mood is further enhanced with a visit to the souk area with unmistakable Arabic flavours. The restaurant features ethnic cuisine from the Middle East, as well as live cooking stations with wood-fired ovens, spit roasts and Arabic bread ovens.
Al Forsan Restaurant
Centrally located at the Resort, Al Forsan has a warm and family friendly décor with a traditional Arabian theme. You can choose to dine inside the restaurant, in the ethnic courtyard, or al fresco - on the terrace which overlooks the lush garden and the swimming pool.
Al Forsan features international cuisine, and you have the option of an a la carte menu or our sumptuous buffet.
Al Sarab Rooftop Bar
Relax with friends in the comfort of a family ambience at the Al Sarab Rooftop Bar. Al Sarab, the open-air rooftop bar located at the heart of the resort, offers a stunning view of the Arabian Desert and gives the most breathtaking view during the Sunset in the entire property.
The menu features an extensive list of international beverages, cocktails and mocktails, as well as an exquisite collection of shishas and cigars along with soft music in the background and a spectacular daily falcon show.
Ya Hala Lobby Lounge
Located in the hotel lobby, the Ya Hala lobby lounge reflects the traditional Arabic ambience of comfort, charm and hospitality.
Relax and settle down during afternoon tea, or with drinks and a snack from the a la carte menu amidst the saddles and wooden furniture. Make yourself comfortable in the courtyard, an intimate terrace that overlooks the water well, at traditional Arabic majlis seating which gives a feeling of being at a private Arabic home, or unwind in the warm and friendly atmosphere of Ya Hala.
Pool Bar

Jumeirah Bab Al Shams Desert Resort & Spa offers 115 exquisitely appointed rooms in a rustic Arabic style.
Located in charming clusters of sixteen double storey buildings, choose from a selection of luxuriously spaced One-Bedroom Suites, Junior Suites and Deluxe Rooms - many with either a balcony or terrace.
Interconnecting rooms are available for families with children.

Payment Requirements
For your convenience, Internet Travel Group offers secure online payments with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please note that, should you prefer, you are able to supply your credit card information by fax. We are unable to accept your reservation request without credit card details, though you will only be billed once your booking has been confirmed, the credit card information verified and our confirmation voucher sent to you by email.

-The full amount will be charged at the moment of confirmation.
Children Policy
.Children up to 3 years of age sharing the parents' room will be accommodated free of charge on existing bedding inclusive of all the meals.
.Children between 4 to 11 years of age sharing the parents' room will be accommodated free of charge on existing bedding. However, the breakfast will be charged as per rate sheet.
.Maximum of 1 child up to 11 years of age will be allowed when sharing with parents.
.Maximum 1 extra bed for children up to 11 years of age will be provided at no extra charge (breakfast charged).
.Baby cot is provided at no extra charge.
Children Meal Supplement
.Breakfast for children ages 4 to 11 years will come at a rate of USD 17.00 per child.
.Children ages up to 3 years are free of charge.
.Children up to 11 years will come at a rate of USD 27.00 per child.
Adult Meal Supplement
.Breakfast will come at a rate of USD 14.00 per person.
.Half Board will come at a rate of USD 54.00 per person.
Christmas and New Year Policy 2008/2009
.Minimum stay of 3 nights applies for all the arrivals between 29 Dec 2008 - 31 Dec 2008.
-New Year's Eve Compulsory Gala Dinner on 31st December 2008-rates are to be advised.
Cancellation Policy
.If cancellation is received 31 days or more prior to arrival, then 20% of the full amount will be lost.
.If cancellation is received 30-17 days prior to arrival, and then 25% of the meal plan booked will be charged.
.If cancellation is received 16-10 days prior to arrival, and then 45% of the meal plan booked will be charged.
.If cancellation is received 9-5 days prior to arrival, then 90% of the meal plan booked will be charged.
.If cancellation is received 4 days and less prior to arrival, then 100% of the meal plan booked will apply.
.No show will result on the full amount being charged as a cancellation fee.
Family
.1 adult and 1 child sharing ages 12 years and below, single contract rate will apply.
.1 adult and 2 children sharing ages 12 years and below full contract rate will apply.
.Maximum 2 children in own room, single contract rate will apply.
Family Special
.Two adults and two children booking two rooms (interconnecting possible, subject to availability) will be charge one single contract rate for each room.
.This special offer is not valid in peak season period and cannot be combined with any other offer except with the summer offer in this contract.

Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accident, acts of God or political actions / unrest must be borne by the tourists. Price & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, at the time of booking only a deposit is due. The remanining balance is payable on check-in and charged by the hotel direct. hotel-savings.com accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
For security purposes, should your reservation incur a charge in excess of USD 400.00, you must submit a signed credit card authorization form. This will be supplied upon confirmation of the reservation. If you fail to fax across this documentation within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Please note that as per our cancellation policy, there may be a fee for this.
Flight Information
If you are to arrive at your hotel after 5pm, please provide Hotelrentalgroup with your flight information, so that we may be able to advise the hotel of what time they can expect you. Should your flight be delayed, we strongly recommend that you contact the hotel directly to inform them of this.
Period of Stay / Rate Calculation
All stays are calculated and sold "per night". We can only guarantee a room until noon (12pm). Late check-outs can be requested at the moment of reservation in the additional comments box, but may come at an additional fee (usually 50% of the nightly rate).
Cancellation Policies & Charges
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, with as much notice as possible. Penalty fees may apply. Please check the terms & conditions, as these policies vary from hotel to hotel.
Cancellation Charges On All Reservations
-On all confirmed reservations, 20% of the total amount will be lost.
-Further cancellation charges may apply depending on the hotel.
Please check the specific terms & conditions for each hotel.
No Shows
No Shows will result in a 100% penalty fee.
Reservation & Confirmation
All reservations made on the web sites operated by hotel-savings.com will receive a temporary confirmation number. This temporary number does not mean that the hotel room is available and is only for administrative purposes. Your final confirmation will be sent to you on your official confirmation voucher within 24 hours, unless, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel does not get back to us within this time frame. hotel-savings.com is not responsible for any such delays.
Early departures
In addition to the standard cancellation policy, we would like to stress the point that the hotels are very strict regarding changes to the length of clients’ stays. Therefore we would like to inform you that clients departing before their booked check out date will be charged for the remaining nights and, no being made for unused nights.
Check In & Check Out Policy
Your room will be made available to you from 14h00 (unless stated otherwise in the terms & conditions of the hotel). Should you require a guaranteed early check in, the room must be booked and paid for in full for the day preceeding your stay.
Check out time is 12:00 hrs. For a guaranteed late check-out, clients should book for an additional night, charged at 100%.

All special offers, packages and discounts over our standard rates are offered subject to availability. hotel-savings.com cannot accept any responsibility in the unlikely event that these are temporarily unavailable.
Credit Card
In order to secure a room, it is mandatory to have a credit card.
General Conditions and liability
All reservations made by clients are subject to our terms and conditions. No other terms, conditions and warranties, expressed or implied by law, custom and course of dealing shall form part of any contract between hotel-savings.com and our clients except for those terms imposed by law where application is mandatory.
The client acknowledges that in making a reservation with hotel-savings.com they do so only on the basis of the material contained in the hotel-savings.com Web Site or relevant advertising medium. All other statements or representations made by hotel-savings.com, its employees, agents or sub-contractors are of no effect unless confirmed in writing by hotel-savings.com to the client.
hotel-savings.com sources hotels from various hotel companies in the countries in which it operates. The condition of the stay will be subject to the law of the country in which it is supplied to you. You will be subject to its terms and conditions and local law.
hotel-savings.com reserves the right to pass on to the client any government increase in local VAT or other taxes that may be introduced after a reservation is made. Any additional charges payable on arrival are subject to local VAT at the prevailing rate in that country.
The liability of hotel-savings.com to the client for any loss, problem, damage or cancellation, whether arising out of negligence, breach of contract, error or any other cause shall not exceed the invoiced total value of the confirmation voucher supplied by hotel-savings.com.
