Views Brasserie
The restaurant overlooks Indian Ocean and the landscaping of the hotel. Views provides a wide selection of International Cuisine and offers its patrons choice of Buffet and A la Carte for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, along with live cooking stations. The ambience is contemporary and modern.
Dress Code - Smart Casuals during Dinner. Theme Nights at Dinner is a speciality.
Taste
This speciality restaurant and bar caters to the connoisseurs of the Thai cuisine. Savour the dishes prepared by our Thai Chef in a traditional setting, overlooking the sea and the beach. Prior reservation is recommended.

Baywatch Restaurant
Located next to the pool, the Al Fresco Dining restaurant serves pizzas, pastas and salads during the day. In the evening, savour a slelection of fresh seafood prepared to your choice by our chefs. The decor is the picturesque Hajar Mountains and the Indian Ocean. Open for Lunch and Dinner.

Baywatch Beach Bar
Open Air Bar located by the Beachside. Caters to the pool and Beach Area. Provides a refreshing choice of Beverages and finger snacks. Enjoy a variety of Sisha's in the evening.

Spacious (45 square metres) and decorated in pastel shades, all rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows boasting spectacular sea views and overlook the pool, beach and landscaped grounds. All feature two lounge chairs, coffee table, work / dining table, telephone, dataport, table lamp, satellite television, in room safe, minibar, walk-in wardrobes, large bathroom with separate bath, walk-in shower and enclosed area for bidet/toilet. There is enough space for an extra bed if required.
Superior

On the 15th floor, a private Lounge reserved for the exclusive use of Royal Club and Suite guests serves tea, coffee and soft drinks from 09.00 to 22.30.
Happy hour takes place from 19.00 to 20.00 and a complimentary continental breakfast is served at the Taste restaurant from from 7.00 to 11.00.
Executive Suites
All Suites (total size 97 square metres including private terrace) have floor to ceiling windows, separate lounge, guest bedroom and adjoining bathroom and boast spectacular views of the sea, pool, beach and landscaped grounds. Le Meridien Al Aqah Beach Resort is located on the east coast of the United Arab Emirates, approximately 15 kilometres from Dibba Village, 49 kilometres from Fujairah town and 90 minutes from cosmopolitan Dubai.

There is a mandatory handling fee of USD 15.00 per person to be added on top of the quoted rates.

Optional Meal Supplements
• Half board Buffet Lunch or Dinner will come at a rate of USD 42.00 per person per day
• Half board is served in Views Restaurant, and includes mineral water and tea or coffee.
Full Board Plus
• All Inclusive /Full board plus valid until 31st October 2008.
• A supplement of USD 90.00 per adult per night.
• A supplement of of USD 45.00 per child ages 6-12 years per night.
• Children up to 5 years of age eat meals free from Views Restaurant Buffet.
• Inclusive of buffet breakfast, buffet lunch and buffet dinner at Views Restaurant, selected brands of mineral water, soft drinks, beer, wine and spirits by the glass served at Views Restaurant and Baywatch Restaurant and Beach Bar.
• The beverages can only be consumed at the mentioned restaurants from 10:00 am to midnight.
• Restrictions will apply during the holy month of Ramadan.
• All occupants of the room have to take the supplement.
• Meals and drinks in any other outlets, room service and mini bar will be charged at the normal price.
• Full board Plus supplement applies for all the nights of the stay and will apply during free nights offers for the entire stay.
• FB+ must be clearly mentioned in the reservation request.
Payment Requirements
For your convenience, Internet Travel Group offers secure online payments with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please note that, should you prefer, you are able to supply your credit card information by fax. We are unable to accept your reservation request without credit card details, though you will only be billed once your booking has been confirmed, the credit card information verified and our confirmation voucher sent to you by email.

The full amount will be charged at the moment of confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations received 19 days or more prior to arrival, a 20% of the full amount will apply as a cancellation fee.
• If cancellation is received between 18 and 12 days prior to arrival, then an additional one night penalty fee will apply.
• If cancellation is received 11 days or less prior to arrival, then an additional 3 nights penalty fee will apply.
• No show will result a 3 nights charged as a cancellation fee.
• No refunds for early departures.
Children Policy
• Maximum 2 children below 12 years of age are allowed per room when sharing with parents.
• Children up to 5 years of age sharing the parents' room will be accommodated free of charge on existing bedding inclusive of all the meals.
• Children between 6 and 12 years of age sharing the parents' room will be accommodated free of charge on existing bedding, however, the breakfast and other meals will be charged.
• If extra bed required for the child then the 3rd adult sharing rate would apply.
• Children requiring their room own are charged as adults.
Children Meals Supplements
• Breakfast will come at a rate of USD 18.00
• Buffet Lunch or Dinner will come at a rate of USD 21.00.
• Children will not be allowed in the Royal Club Lounge after 19.00 hours due to the commencement of Cocktail Hour.

Price & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, at the time of booking only a deposit is due. The remanining balance is payable on check-in and charged by the hotel direct. hotel-savings.com accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
For security purposes, should your reservation incur a charge in excess of USD 400.00, you must submit a signed credit card authorization form. This will be supplied upon confirmation of the reservation. If you fail to fax across this documentation within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Please note that as per our cancellation policy, there may be a fee for this.
Flight Information
If you are to arrive at your hotel after 5pm, please provide Hotelrentalgroup with your flight information, so that we may be able to advise the hotel of what time they can expect you. Should your flight be delayed, we strongly recommend that you contact the hotel directly to inform them of this.
Period of Stay / Rate Calculation
All stays are calculated and sold "per night". We can only guarantee a room until noon (12pm). Late check-outs can be requested at the moment of reservation in the additional comments box, but may come at an additional fee (usually 50% of the nightly rate).
Cancellation Policies & Charges
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, with as much notice as possible. Penalty fees may apply. Please check the terms & conditions, as these policies vary from hotel to hotel.
Cancellation Charges On All Reservations
-On all confirmed reservations, 20% of the total amount will be lost.
-Further cancellation charges may apply depending on the hotel.

No Shows
No Shows will result in a 100% penalty fee.
Reservation & Confirmation
All reservations made on the web sites operated by hotel-savings.com will receive a temporary confirmation number. This temporary number does not mean that the hotel room is available and is only for administrative purposes. Your final confirmation will be sent to you on your official confirmation voucher within 24 hours, unless, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel does not get back to us within this time frame. hotel-savings.com is not responsible for any such delays.
Early departures
In addition to the standard cancellation policy, we would like to stress the point that the hotels are very strict regarding changes to the length of clients’ stays. Therefore we would like to inform you that clients departing before their booked check out date will be charged for the remaining nights and, no being made for unused nights.
Check In & Check Out Policy
Your room will be made available to you from 14h00 (unless stated otherwise in the terms & conditions of the hotel). Should you require a guaranteed early check in, the room must be booked and paid for in full for the day preceeding your stay.
Check out time is 12:00 hrs. For a guaranteed late check-out, clients should book for an additional night, charged at 100%.

The client acknowledges that in making a reservation with hotel-savings.com they do so only on the basis of the material contained in the hotel-savings.com Web Site or relevant advertising medium. All other statements or representations made by hotel-savings.com, its employees, agents or sub-contractors are of no effect unless confirmed in writing by hotel-savings.com to the client.
hotel-savings.com sources hotels from various hotel companies in the countries in which it operates. The condition of the stay will be subject to the law of the country in which it is supplied to you. You will be subject to its terms and conditions and local law.
hotel-savings.com reserves the right to pass on to the client any government increase in local VAT or other taxes that may be introduced after a reservation is made. Any additional charges payable on arrival are subject to local VAT at the prevailing rate in that country.
The liability of hotel-savings.com to the client for any loss, problem, damage or cancellation, whether arising out of negligence, breach of contract, error or any other cause shall not exceed the invoiced total value of the confirmation voucher supplied by hotel-savings.com.
