Pools, restaurants and bars are set amidst the hotel's tropical gardens - the resort is a paradise of perfect vistas - where lush landscapes meet the warm Arabian Gulf , fringed by an immaculate beach and embraced by clear blue skies.
Habtoor Grand Resort & Spa offers 442 spacious rooms and suites, and hotel guest rooms benefit from the resort's unrivalled setting with magnificent garden or sea views. Beautifully furnished, the rooms and suites feature comfortable lounge areas and superb bathrooms, creating a sense of tasteful luxury and warm Arabian style.
Two pools are set within the resort's landscaped gardens, and a third 'infinity pool' is located on the mezzanine level of the Towers. For lovers of sun, sand and warm waters, the Habtoor Grand Resort's large private beach has unrestricted views of the clear Arabian Gulf .
Easy or extreme, young or old, the Habtoor Grand Resort & Spa offers a wide range of sports and leisure activities to suit all. From water sports to racquet sports - all are supported by trained experts in world-class facilities. For those hotel guests who enjoy retail relaxation, the resort has a retail courtyard and is also within easy reach of some of most spectacular Dubai shopping centres.
Please note that the hotel is currently operating under the name of Metropolitan Resort & Beach Club, and when the extensions are completed the hotel will be re-branded to Habtoor Grand Resort & Spa. By selecting Metropolitan Resort & Beach Club you can make reservations before summer 2005, but the facilities as described under Habtoor Grand Resort & Spa will not be available until the re-branding takes place.

A visit to this Grand Resort & Spa is a culinary experience of global diversity. The Resort comprises 14 themed bars and restaurants designed to suit all tastes.
From Asian fusion at Mun Chi to Italian passion at Luciano's, all-day dining in sumptuous surroundings to the finest of fine dining at The 25th - all offer authentic regional fare whilst overlooking spectacular vistas. For those who prefer to try local tastes, the Resort features Al Marsa, a superb Arabian seafood restaurant.
By contrast, The Underground is an English pub in the style of a tube station, while the colourful Al Manara Bar is a superb spot for beachside refreshments. Children are entertained at the Junior Jungle Club - a club adjacent to the pool and staffed by qualified childminders.
Mun Chi - Contemporary Far East Fusion Cuisine
Contemporary dining Asian style, alongside the beach. Mun Chi is a fusion of Far Eastern flavours set over two floors with a large outside terrace. The mood is one of 'chilled' chic in a setting that embraces the Arabian Gulf, the tropical gardens and the pristine beach. Payment Requirements
For your convenience, Internet Travel Group offers secure online payments with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please note that, should you prefer, you are able to supply your credit card information by fax. We are unable to accept your reservation request without credit card details, though you will only be billed once your booking has been confirmed, the credit card information verified and our confirmation voucher sent to you by email.
For all reservations
-The full amount will be charged at the moment of confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
-Cancellations received 32 days or more prior to arrival, a 20% of the full amount will apply as a cancellation fee.
-If a cancellation is received between 31 and 27 days prior to arrival, a one night charge at meal plan booked will apply.
-If a cancellation is received 26 days or less prior to arrival, then 100% charge of the full period on meal plan booked.
-No shows will result on the 100% charge of the full period no meal plan booked.
Children Policy
- Maximum of 2 children sharing parent's room in existing bedding are accommodated free of charge.
-Children up to the age of 4 stay free of charge on existing bedding inclusive of all the meals.
- Children aged between 4 and 11 (inclusive) stay free of charge on existing bedding and pay breakfast as per rate grid.
- Maximum one extra bed for a child under the age of 11 (inclusive) will be provided at no extra charge (breakfast is charged).
- Baby cot is provided at no extra charge.
-Children requiring own room are charged as adults.
Liability
Internet Travel Group acts as intermediary between all hotels, transport operators, tourist attraction companies, and local tourist offices providing the services. Internet Hotel Rental Group is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourists; including those occurring outside of the touring programmes. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accident, acts of God or political actions / unrest must be borne by the tourists. Price & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, at the time of booking only a deposit is due. The remanining balance is payable on check-in and charged by the hotel direct. hotel-savings.com accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
For security purposes, should your reservation incur a charge in excess of USD 400.00, you must submit a signed credit card authorization form. This will be supplied upon confirmation of the reservation. If you fail to fax across this documentation within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Please note that as per our cancellation policy, there may be a fee for this.
Flight Information
If you are to arrive at your hotel after 5pm, please provide Hotelrentalgroup with your flight information, so that we may be able to advise the hotel of what time they can expect you. Should your flight be delayed, we strongly recommend that you contact the hotel directly to inform them of this.
Period of Stay / Rate Calculation
All stays are calculated and sold "per night". We can only guarantee a room until noon (12pm). Late check-outs can be requested at the moment of reservation in the additional comments box, but may come at an additional fee (usually 50% of the nightly rate).
Cancellation Policies & Charges
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, with as much notice as possible. Penalty fees may apply. Please check the terms & conditions, as these policies vary from hotel to hotel.
Cancellation Charges On All Reservations
-On all confirmed reservations, 20% of the total amount will be lost.
-Further cancellation charges may apply depending on the hotel.

No Shows
No Shows will result in a 100% penalty fee.
Reservation & Confirmation
All reservations made on the web sites operated by hotel-savings.com will receive a temporary confirmation number. This temporary number does not mean that the hotel room is available and is only for administrative purposes. Your final confirmation will be sent to you on your official confirmation voucher within 24 hours, unless, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel does not get back to us within this time frame. hotel-savings.com is not responsible for any such delays.
Early departures
In addition to the standard cancellation policy, we would like to stress the point that the hotels are very strict regarding changes to the length of clients’ stays. Therefore we would like to inform you that clients departing before their booked check out date will be charged for the remaining nights and, no being made for unused nights.
Check In & Check Out Policy
Your room will be made available to you from 14h00 (unless stated otherwise in the terms & conditions of the hotel). Should you require a guaranteed early check in, the room must be booked and paid for in full for the day preceeding your stay.
Check out time is 12:00 hrs. For a guaranteed late check-out, clients should book for an additional night, charged at 100%.

hotel-savings.com reserves the right to pass on to the client any government increase in local VAT or other taxes that may be introduced after a reservation is made. Any additional charges payable on arrival are subject to local VAT at the prevailing rate in that country.
